My stay at the hotel started off great but ended on a terrible note. The rooms weren't exactly like the pictures on the website, although they appeared clean and well-maintained. Service was exceptional with very professional and friendly staff. The location was sufficient but tight, offering some snacks. The dining experience was not appetizing, especially considering the steep prices. Overall, there were positives and negatives to the stay.
The hotel had modern and comfortable rooms that were super clean, although the smell was a bit off-putting. The service was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent for exploring the area south of Charlotte, with plenty of walking space for my dogs. The dining experience was not appetizing, and the facilities were standard.
